Big BEE mower

I have a Big Bee 6 foot cutter or mower, we have had it only for a few months and this is the 3rd time we have used it. The problem is that one of the blades is hitting the bottom of the deck and it is only on the upper left side and front, I have checked everything several times and can not find anything that would cause this to happen. If it were both blades I would think they were bent but since it is only one blade and it only hits in the one area I am stumped as to a reason. anybody have any ideas. thanks
