This rock lifted the front end of a Kubota L45 up in the air.
.....but my little DX33 got it up the hill.

I was just at my b-i-l's cabin in the Black Hills. His parking area is graded fairly high. He showed me a 6x7 inch rock in the area. The contractor that did his driveway and parking area said that 6x7 inch rock could not be moved with his largest excavator.
It was a geodetic survey marker? Other than that, I give up
Well, I had one about that size (showing above ground) that couldn't be moved either, but upon scrabbling around it and removing the loose material, it turned out to be 10 feet long by 5 feet wide and 4 feet deep when I quit digging without ever finding the end or bottom of it. I dug that much just for curiosity to see how big it was but finally gave up. I think it may be part of the Rocky Mountains that is peaking up in Arkansas:laughing:
After topsoil, mostly sand, so no big rocks to play with![]()
Maybe he meant 6x7 ft???
