Big turf tire size for Tym 353 hst

Hi there,

I just bought myself the lamborghini greenpro g35h and this is the twin brother of the tym 353. It is exact the same tractor only the colour is white instead of red. I am from Belgium and I bought the tractor with agri tires for the winter. I am now looking to purchase a set of wheels with turf tires. When i look at the tires that tym is proposing for turf use I can see that there is a lot of free space between the tires and the fenders, much more than you see with industrial or agri tires. It should be possible to put bigger turf tires on them with larger rims. I would like to hear from you guys what type and size of turf tires you are using for mowing purposes. The ground i am working on is mostly clay, very dry in summer but in the mid seasons it can become very moist and slippery. The reason why i am looking for a larger tire is because the ground during mid season is mud and i have to mow during spring and fall. If possible i would also like to maintain the tractor's riding speed on the road so i don't want to come down on tire size.

I do not know much about tires, I will use the ones that came on my T353HST until they wear out. My tractor came with R-4 turf tires in these sizes, Front – 10x16.5 Rear – 43x16.00-20. I use my tractor for utility uses, logging and snow plowing (with chains) it will never do any mowing. I hope you get the answers you need.

thank you for your answer. I have seen in the manual of the tractor that they advice on using 27/10.00-15 front and 41/14.00-20 rear. I assume that your tires are a bit larger and higher, so that's what i am looking for. It's a bit difficult in my area to find good information because there are very few of these tractors around with bigger turf tires then the ones advised by the importer. It's also not possible to try it out so i have to very carefull when ordering these. My aim is to get wider turf tires like the ones they use on the Deutz Agrokid.( 31/13.50 - 15 front and 41/18.00-20 rear) It seems that it's size of tires distribute the weight of the tractor very evenly to the ground with moderate damage to the soil. I am not sure if they can be mounted with the gear ratios and positive slippage rates. Another concern can be that the 3way linkage could touch the tires.
