I just picked up this classic couple weeks ago. It had not been running in quite a few years. I had to service the sticky recoil starter . It also had old nasty gas in the tank. So I dumped it out and poured in some fresh. It fired right up in a few pulls. Old Briggs And Stratton is sure hard to beat.
I read a couple of reviews on the newer models and most people really liked them. One negative I read is that they will not pick up acorns. This old model does pretty well on them. I'm really happy with its performance!
