Here in the land of Oz Bio Diesel is not so widely available,i only know of 2 service stations that sell it in a 100 odd kilometre zone.it is B20 which i only discovered yesterday as i have had no need to use it as my Landcruiser i only run on Dino Diesel as i have had injector pump problems previously. this is the highest available in Australia. Some other states have B2 and B5 Diesel sold in some of the larger chain S/Stations. Apparently all Caltex (Texaco) servo's are going to run with B2 only-no dino diesel and some time in the future run with B5.Funny thing is the price on it goes up and down like a yoyo as the tallow price fluctuates and is dearer but dino diesel prices remain steady for months at a time.Unleaded here changes prices almost daily.I will run the 1500 on it for a while and see if it makes any noted difference otherwise i will go back to dino in it. i believe you guys have quite a variety of bio's like 50 and 90 for example so experimenting would give some gains in various areas like noise and smoke with different formulations?

It was Spring 2009 that I bought a year's supply of B100, so my info is a little out of date. Maybe this will help you find a provider there. FWIW:

This article reprinted from a Northern California paper was the *only* lead I found in a year of searching for a provider in the region. His source is a refinery in Reno and he is basically providing B100 to a co-op of hobbyists, experimenters. The co-op has continual skirmishes with various regulators who claim it has crossed the line into retail sale and therefor needs certified pumps, storage, venting, disaster plans, etc etc etc. So far they continue to operate at the hobby level. Note one member of the co-op says the legal status of B100 presently is 'experimental fuel' so it can't be sold to the public in California until uniform standards are adopted.

I had visited several other service station and large fuel distributors who were listed in biodiesel literature, with no luck. The onsite employees didn't know what I was talking about, and after phone calls to management I learned these distributors only were offering to truck special orders direct to my farm from some undisclosed refinery. I don't have a use for so much quantity.

Now a year later I see a service station nearby (I'm an hour north of San Francisco) that sells B100 but requires membership in a User Group. The User Group application seems to emphasize the experimental nature of the product. I'm going to check this out.
