The other day I changed the fuel filter on my NH TC 33 D. I had never had any trouble with the small O ring that the filter slips onto. It was so swollen I had to prize the filter off after tearing it into with my hands. I had been useing 5% bio in this tractor and had bought more that is 10% before I changed the filter. Bottom line is this: Biodiesel will degrade natural rubber gaskets and hoses in vehicles (mostly found in vehicles manufactured before 1992) My tractor is supposed to be a 2003 but none the less the inner O ring had swollen. It makes one wonder what else is going on even if your not paranoid.

B5 should be just fine. I'd just replace the O ring with one that isn't natural rubber and go on about it. I would think that as long as it is stored correctly and used regularly that even B10 should be just fine.
