I have Black sludge in Hyd Loader Lines and Valve assy. I have cleaned the valve. But how could I clean the lines. The loader I have has the hydraulic fluid inside one of the arms of the loader intself. I think it is a YFL-140 and it runs off a Hyd pump driven by the front PTO.

Is there a filter in the system? If not I'd recommend putting one on. There could be rust from the inside of the arms if the tractor had sat for a while the only alternative to t dissassembling everything & manually cleaning them would be to install a filter. I have one available if you need one.

The loader is a YFL-155. The hydraulic fluid is stored inside one of the arms of the loader. Does anyone know if it uses standard hydraulic fluid of some other. Also it does have a strainer but not a filter like what is one a tractor. The strainer was competly black and covered with sludge I currently am running water through the arm holding area before I add new fluid.

Use a hydraulic oil in it. It would be better to use something like diesel fuel to clean it. Make sure it is dry before filling it.
