Bleeding Brakes on a JD 5403

Sorry if this has been answered, looked on the forum but could not find any info. I have a JD 5403. While bushcutting, i broke the left hand back brake pipe. I have replaced it with a new pipe but still do not have any brakes on the left side. I have looked around the back hub but cannot find a bleed screw. Could somebody point me in the right direction.

Bleed brakes similar to auto but with engine running so trans pump can refill brake reservoir with hyd oil.. Bleeder is parts key 4 in photo.

 

[Kessler Farms]

Right under the fuel tank and inner fender. As the previous diagram shows, top of axle housing, nearest the differential.
