Meanwhile in DC it's finally cooled down to 65. Christmas day I had to put on the A/C. Y'all hang in there in the blizzard area. At least it does not hang around for months like in Vermont.

Well we got lucky out here east of Guthrie, 3-3/4" in the rain gauge after the ice and sleet melted. Power stayed on and not much ice on the trees.

Note the crooked icicles formed while the strong north wind was blowing, and very little snow on the ground.
