Hey guys, well I blew a loader line a few days ago, long story short the line was not installed properly and it was chaffing on the loader arm. It wore through to the metal in the line and started to leak, then when I took a closer look, she let go and shot a stream of fluid about 10 feet high!!!
I got a new hose under waranty but am just wondering if it should be primed before installing, or is there any harm on just putting it on and cycling through. In my old aviation days we just left the fittings a bit loose to "bleed" the air out, then tighten them up, same for this? Any thoughts, advice?
On a side note, at the same time since I had 48 hours on the old beast (B7800) I decided to get my filters for the 50 hour oil change. How can I put this delicately.....$65.00 FOR THREE #$%^&^ FILTERS!!!!
