I'm only familiar with old and new blue model numbers and specs. I'm in the market for a 10 year old or newer 4WD compact with a width no more than 48-50". Will use it mostly to mow (4' cutter max), and lightly disc/harrow (weed control on soft ground). I plan to sell it in a few years. What green models should I be looking for? I've thrown the same question out to the orange folks.

new models are 2000 series, 2305, 2320,2520...also the 790, don't know if the width is small enough on this one. before that would be 4100 and such. Do you have a price point in mind? hp requirements?

Are you looking for a gear tranny or hydrostatic?

In terms of HP, a minimum of 18-20 would work fine. Not particular about gear or hydro. Need 4wd, but not a loader. Would like to pay less than $10K, but would consider going higher if the loss upon resale were less.

oh, yea, I forgot about those models...a search on machinefinder.com came up with a nice 855 in my area, try that.
