Blue Shop Towels on a Roll

Always keep a roll on your tractor / skid steer / etc.

They are awesome for:
1. Wipe your hands.
2. "Glove" to grab a greasy hydraulic hose etc.
3. Hankerchief.
4. Paper plate to eat your lunch.
5. Toilet paper after you ate your lunch.
6. Bandana
7. Clean the dust off the windshield.
8. Clean the dust (or wax) out of your ears. Kind of roll up the corner of it and twist it in there.
9. Temporary gas cap.
10. Writing paper

How many uses can you think of?

I take it you work for one of the manufacturers?:laughing: No . . . just kidding. Actually I keep a roll in the trunk of the car, a roll behind the seat in the pickup that I can reach from the driver's seat, a roll in the garage, and a roll on a dispenser in my shop/recreation building.

When I'm mowing or using the string trimmer, I keep at least one towel in my pocket to wipe the perspiration off my face, my safety glasses, and my hat band.

Four or five days a week, I take our Chihuahua for an early morning walk in the woods in a local park and have one in my pocket, used mostly for when I walk through a cobweb (spider web) to wipe my face, head, or arms; hate those danged spider webs.

This morning I was refilling a Simple Green squirt bottle from a gallon bottle, so one of those blue towels was used to wipe off what I spilled.

The glass topped table on our patio sure collects a lot of dust and those blue towels are what I wash it with.

I buy blue shop towels by the case at Sam's Club. There is no end to their usefulness, especially when restoring an old tractor, which tends to be a somewhat messy process.

And how often do you get a second sheet once a day to maybe 2 sheets.
I use the folded sheets used in dairy barns same type paper just white .

Yeah they are handy. I like use #5. They are good for wiping off tools too and wiping up a oil spill. Another handy thing is "scrubs in a bucket."

Scrubs in a bucket are awesome I keep a tub in my trailer garage and truck

I get my shop towels at costco, they seem to be the cheapest.

Also, the ones that get grease and oil soaked make good firestarters when stuffed in a brush pile.
