Bobcat 445 PTO Will Not Engage

I was mowing today and for no apparent reason the PTO stopped turning the mower deck. I can turn the driveshaft by hand and the blades turn inside the deck unit but the driveshaft from the tractor tranny will no engage spin. It's like it isn't receiving the order from the PTO switch to engage. The shaft turns by hand a slight bit forward and backward but stops hard each direction. When I pull the electric PTO switch, the PTO light on the dash comes on but nothing engages.

I have checked the fuses in the fuse panel under the dashboard. Have not checked any of the relays. Not sure how. An amp / voltage tester perhaps?

Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
