bobcat 5600 frame twisted

we have 3 5600 toolcats and all seem to have the same issue the main frame is twisted when you use a bucket its not that noticeable but when we run the broom after about 25 hrs one side is wore out we oly have to replace half of the brushes

all 3 of them are about the same for twist they are used constantly when it snows they run 24hrs a day I figure its from the mainframe to where the arms attach it is twisted and its left side



anyone else have issues

Is this a power broom that kicks material forward or off to the side when angled ?
I've put many hours on that type of broom, when angled they will tilt to one side.
Any I have used could be adjusted to lay flat/even on the bristles when angled for even bristle wear.
If not adjusted when angled it will burn up one side of the broom

The broom hinge arm that connects from broom main pivot to the QA (Bobtach) needs to be parallel with the ground to eliminate or minimize amount of lift and dive at outer edges when angled. With tilt rolled out enough to allow broom to float, follow ground contour, raise boom until the floating arm is level with the ground.

it never get level it always hangs to the left if i put a block and get it level the quick attach is level the frame on the tool cat --cab --box all are about 2" low on the passenger side

I think the toolcat's arm attachment is bent
