BobCat 763 G Code ACH

This has happened twice now I was using my machine in the dirt fixing a culvert working all day fine towards the end of the day it pull's a
code ACH 31-32 it will let you raise the arm, but when you go to tilt the bucket the code pops up. I lifted the cab and switched the plugs on the Actuator
and the controls work you can lift the arm with the other control but the tilt still wont work ? I checked fuses etc and checked plugs wiring can't
see anything.

PS. this machine has only hand control's no foot pedals

Well this morning with the machine on my trailer I started it and low and behold it is working fine. This is the second time this has happened to me
need some help I don't want to be plowing this winter and have this happen any idea's.

That code means the controller did not get a response signal from that actuator when it was told to move. When you swapped the plug connections at the actuators and tilt still did not work, you should have gotten a different code (32-36).
There are 3 probable causes for this:
1. Actuator motor is getting weak. Resistance in the motor increases with heat, so after running for some time there may be too much internal resistance in the motor.
2. Seals leaking in the valve. The oil coming around the seal can cause hydraulic lock in either the spring return end of the valve or leak into the actuator creating the hydraulic lock, then after setting for some time the oil drains back into valve so it works again for short time.
2. Spool in the valve itself may have some scratching/galling on it that causes spool to stick when the oil gets hot.
