My 2010 CT235 sprung a leak. I am attaching a picture of the location which is in red. The paint is all still tight around this but it appears that there might be a weld where the line connects to go into the tractor a pin hole leak in it??? Can't see or feel it but when the tractor is running it puts out a steady stream of fluid. Leak seems to be at the fluid line weld/connection. This is on the left side of the tractor below the shift lever (linkage is just to the right of the leak). (Sorry I don't know the correct terminology. I've tried to find diagram of this area in the pdf Kioti repair manual & the Bobcat parts online manual won't load for me. Is this something easy to repair/replace? I don't really want to have to load this up & haul to dealer if it is something that can be fixed at home. I've done lots of repairs but just don't know terminology/proper name of this to find the solution. Of course things always happen when you have the most work to get done & other than this leak everything is working fine! Really like this tractor.
Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Go the the Bobcat parts page Genuine Bobcat Parts - Bobcat Company for your CT235 (you need IE Explorer) Look under the HTS external line page. BASSII - Bobcat Company

You probably have a failed o-ring.

Your bolt #26 is part number 6696165 with o-rings #25, part No 6694137. the tube #17 on the diagram is labeled TUBE, COOLING See BTI415 - Was 6697728.

Hope this helps

Thanks that was very helpful! Just what I needed. Still can't get the Bobcat parts catalog to load in IE. After closer inspection the fluid is escaping thru the weld where it feathers to the tube. A Kioti dealer said the tube could probably be re-welded but if problems he or Bobcat could order the part. For stop gap I roughed up the paint with some sand paper & used some quick steel & the leak has stopped, for now. Know it isn't a permanent fix but at least until I can get the tube off & to a welder or get the part ordered it is doing its job.

It should not be under too much pressure as it is the cooling line to the radiator. I would recommend taking it off and inspecting what the cause is. It is an easy fix of any good welding shop. Just remember to remove the o-rings first.

"Can't feel it" scares me, you are not attempting to diagnose a hydraulic leak by feeling it right? Please google hydraulic injection injuries if this is the case.

I would call your local hydraulic shop. They may braze it instead of weld it.

Just replaced mine on my ck 35 $99 from Michigan iron checked all deals near me and no one had it so I ordered it. Took all of 10 min to replace it Pick the bb part # for the correct one The dealers seem to know about the problem
