bobcat ct445 want to go to r4 from ag need tire size dealer no longer has that info

Have a bobcatct445 and want to change from ag tires to r4's or they call them industrial ag. Call dealer they do not list these tires any more.

If someone owns this tractor with r4 tires can you send me the tire sizes. and the rear rim width. they say the rear rim is the same, but from what I can figure the rear r4 is 14.9x24, seems to wide for a 12" rim.

Got this of web not sure what number is after the / ?? the ply?

Ag front: 8-16/6
Ag rear: 13.6-24/6
Lawn/turf front: 29x12.5-15/4
Lawn/turf rear: 21.5L-16.1/4
Industrial front: 10x16.5/6
Industrial rear: 14.9x24/8
