I am not very familiar with this model but if I'm thinking of the same Bolens I don't remember them being equipped with a PTO. I think they could be set up with a 3 point hitch and it seems like they had hydraulic outlets so they might have had an option for a hydraulic drive tiller. If there is a PTO it will be obvious, there will be a shaft extending out of the back of the rear end.
