Have an older Bolens G14 tractor that has an ignition switch problem. I have been to about a dozen places trying to find or order a replacement switch. With no luck.
I tried a universal switch from a local TSC store. The letters on the back don't exactly match but I tried to get it to kind of work. What I have is a tractor that will engage the starter and will run in the first click position of the switch before turning further to engage the starter. I have the headlights working working but when I try to shut it off, it does not shut off, it stays running until I flood it out with the choke and butterfly completely shut.
Does any one have any ideas or sources for an ignition switch for a Bolens G14 model 1453. It is a great little tractor as i run a rear mounted rotatiller and front end snowblower on it.
