Bolens Iseki G174 TX1500F
Need Help w/ Bolens Iseki G174 Implement Attachment

I have a Bolens Iseki G174 TX1500F and I just purchased a 48" two stage snow blower and a 54" mower deck for it. Can anyone tell me how they are attached to the tyactor so they raise and lower. I downloaded the implement manuals for them but they seem to be missing a couple of details. At the rear of the snow blower there are two rods but the manual does not show where the two rods attache to the underside of the tractor. The mower manual shows a lot of linkage on top of the mower but it doesn't show how that linkage attaches to the underside of the tractor either. Can anyone help. Thanks.

I think there is some kind of Push Arm Kit that has to be attached to the tractor first from what I am reading in the internet but I cannot find a picture of it anywhere.

I have a Iseki TX1500F and I have a Front End Loader that attaches underneath approximately the drivers seat. I could see that this attachment could be used to support a snow blower and push arms. I could take pictures of this area.

That may help. I am hoping someone with a similar snowblower might do the same and post a picture of the snowblower attachment underneith the tractor. I am guessing there is a lever that the push arms attach to that pivit on the attachment point under the tractor and that the cables from the back 3-point hitch pulls on to push the push rods forward.

Does your snowblower mount to the front of the tractor?

Yes. I have attached a picture of the snow blower. It has two push arms that attach to the frame of the tractor somehow. These push arms somehow raise and lower the snow blower. scan0004.jpg

Does your snow blower drive off the rear PTO and use a drop box to power the blower up front?

Are you sure this snow thrower was designed to be used on the Iseki tractors? I recently picked up a G174 and it came with a single-stage 42" thrower but requires a hydraulic lift ram and a front PTO to work. I wish it were a dual-stage and a little wider (48" or 54") but I haven't seen one of those.

I was always curious if other "Bolens" tractor attachments could readily work on the Iseki tractors since it seems like Bolens sold many kinds of garden/lawn/compact tractors. I wouldn't mind picking up a push blade if it would bolt-on fairly easily...

My Bolens G174 has a front PTO. It hooks up real nice with the 48" snow blower and runs real smooth. The snow blower also hooks up nice with the front mount but there is no mount underneith for the push arms that came with the snow blower to mount. See picture.

Hmmm. Not sure what to tell ya. I'd post pictures of my setup but unfortunately it will be a while before I can get to it and I'll have similar questions since I've never seen it together yet. I also have a 49" belly mower and need to hook that up and will undoubtably run into connection problems with it as the previous owner stated it needed cables that were broken. The documentation leaves much to the imagination at this point for me.
