Attached is an extract from the parts book detailing the Front Diff & PTO part numbers you may require, unfortunately there's no illustration for the PTO - from the PTO issues you have described it sounds like the snap rings &/or bearing have failed
I've also attached copies from the service manual for the rear PTO.
