Thank you , My son wants to pull a motor . I found a Boom pole for $50 . I told him to pay 25 and i would . He said he did not think it would lift hight enough to do it.So i will add one to the stock pile.I have not heard from Claude yet .When i do i will let you know.

If you hook right to the end and use a short toplink.. I'd think you can have about 8' or so of lift. mind you.. the weight is multiplied.. so when pulling a heavy load.. keep an eye ont he tractor front end... Might have to ballast it... etc.
I made my own, it will lift 18 feet and about 400 pounds, be careful on the weight as the others are saying and balance. A work platform is next for pole for reaching heights. Better than a ladder
Its only a piece of 3" schedule 40 pipe bolted to a backing plate. It picks the forks up but when I tried to lift the back of my Chevy S-10, the pipe bent? Oh well I got silly and it did not work, I made this to lift about 200 pounds and it does that well, thanks on compliment
