Dont think the pumps are that much if need re-placed anyways if you get it for a good price. I like my boom sprayer,I just feel like im getting a more even spray than using the boomless type one nozzle. Mine is a 350gal.-21ft boom prowler00.JPG Im sure you know this just make sure you clean it out good and run some antifreeze threw it before you store for winter.I also pull my nozzles and filters out when I store it in barn before winter, just some suggestions:D

Thanks for the advice and suggestions.Never have owned one, have been reading about them. I think the boomless nozzle is the way we will end up going once we get it home and play with it some. Will be using mainly for spraying brush at first.

Boomless are good for fence-lines(you can angle the one tip),up against brush piles, and if pasture has some tall brush or little trees. Just keep it cleaned out and grease your pump. If the you leave that water in pump and it gets cold(freezing),not good. If you got any question I'll sure try and help.

After spraying like a mixture of grazonext and remedy for example. From what i have gathered so far, need to run water through it, then use some cooking oil/light oil and run the PTO pump. Sound right?

Trying to kill alot of underbrush/small mesquite brush and some other brush names I am not sure of. A neighbor had used the above combo of chemicals and had a real good kill on his place. Trying to open alot the area currently full of brush for planting grazing for cattle. The area I cleanup with the RR, I am going to back spray new growth, disc again, then try to plant some wwb dahl plus some native grasses too as soon as I can per the chem. directions

Thats cool,I hope neighbor can hook you up with the "grazonnext" gotta have a dang liscence to buy the good stuff. I hope the "grazonnext" is as good as the "grazon p+d",what im going to have to use now. I usually spray the "grazon p+d" on most but then if just killing goat weeds "2-4d" and in the bottum "remedy/2-4d" mix.,fence line use the 25gal.4wheeler sprayer and use"kilz-all" or on anything else un-wanted,not going to run that in my good sprayer in-case I dont get it all the way out,im not killing my grass pastures.
