Booster Battery Packs That Last ??

I have been very happy with this unit. I’ve had it for 4 years and have never once had an issue with it. The company even offers a one time exchange for the lifetime of the unit (or at least they did when I bought one). They come in blue or red and have a few different features that made this an easy choice over the competition. I sent back my Schumacher and Energizer.

Thats the same one I use also but its blue in color because its so old , I leave it plugged in all the time when not in use and have had it for about 12 years hence the difference in color I think . Still starts anything I put it on every time .

I don't know but I've found it a whole lot easier to maintain the batteries in my vehicles. I use CTeck or Deltran battery tenders and my vehicles are always ready to go. Plus I never worry about my battery going dead and freezing. I guess - to each his own.

I also use Deltran and Shumaker tenders but sometimes a key gets left on or lights left on so it comes in handy for those times so I wouldnt just assume that people dont maintain , still a handy thing to have around .

I use a Capacitor Jump Starter....as long as don't have to crank for too long it is the best thing! Never have to worry about it being charged. It just works! Surprised no one has mentioned it here yet!

they do come in handy though if you're out somewhere and someone needs a jump; safer to use a jump box vs jumping vehicle to vehicle. Also handy in case the dead vehicle is in a tight spot that jumper cables wouldn't reach.

At about 2:25 they blame on Lithium battery.

I had two of the booster packs. Neither lasted more than a couple years. Problem is that if you need a quick start where there's no power, they work where often nothing else is convenient.
