"Booty" the Kubota has arrived.

I've been reading here forever and have been wanting to get a tractor for quite awhile. I've been hiring tractor work to get things here at the retirement home under control. The time was right this week. Wednesday I went by the Kubota dealer. I had already got my tax farm certificate from the Georgia due to most of my land being in conservation status. I got "Booty" the Kubota. She is a BX25D. She came with the loader, backhoe and belly mower. Her Landpride rotary cutter and 3 point hitch are coming in a few days. I've order a BXpand Piranha Tooth Bar and brush forks for her. They will be here on Monday. The dealer is sending a mechanic out with the cutter. He is going to go over everything with me, show me how to hookup and remove things, maintenance ect. He is also going to install the Piranha Tooth Bar. I'm afraid to drill the holes myself.

Have the mechanic check length of Land Pride PTO shaft and shorten if necessary, while he is there.

If you haven't already ordered it, you will want to order and install a skid plate to protect the hydrostat fan if you plan on removing the MMM while running the rotary cutter. Its cheap insurance considering what it will cost to replace the little plastic fan when you knock the blades off of it and believe me YOU WILL.
