It is a small world.
I can't take credit for the signature, I saw it on the bumper of a truck belonging to a general contractor...but I do like it.
I hope you don't expect to get much for all the money you paid the county for permits and inspections. I had a friend who got into a dispute with his contractor over the deck construction, joists spaced to far, stiles on the guardrail spaced to far, most of it failed to meet minimum code. His contractors response was the county signed off on it and the county said they were not responsible for errors. Really makes you wonder what the money is for.
