Tractor
2007 4110 Mahindra w/ M112 loader and Kubota B2910 w/ loader.
Well I went ahead and bought the 1910.
866 hours, mfwd, 770B loader, single rear remote, block heater, new front tires and the rears are better than 50%.
I am thinking a 5ft bushhog and a 6ft grader blade to start with, then maybe a 5ft 3pt disk, 2x12" plows and build a dump trailer to pull.
Are my equipment sizes close to what others are using on a like sized tractor?
I have an operators manual coming. Where can a manual for the 770B be found?
It's a big change, I'm going from a 6060 Allis Chalmers I had left from when I was farming and was to big after we moved to a smaller place, to a compact but I believe the 1910 will be the right size to keep my 15 acres up, mostly yard work, bush hogging and up keep on 10 acres of horse pasture.

I think I have a 770B manual somewhere. I'll look over the next few days. PM me your name and address and I'll send you a copy if I find it.
Good luck with the 1910. It should serve you well.

Congrats on the new machine.

Your bushhog and grader blade sizes sound about right, might be able to go up a foot on either one for light duty work. For heavier work, I'd stick with the 5' cutter & 6' blade.

Can't comment on the disc or plows (not a farmer)

If Andy can't find his manual for the loader, you should be able to order one here newhollandtechpubs.com

As I'm sure you've noticed reading other "got me a new tractor" threads - we want pictures /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I had a 1910 before I traded it off on a Century 3045. Very nice tractor. you should beable to pull 2-14s for a plow. I did and I have VERY heavy clay. Keep the front tire pressure up as I could only find 4ply tires for it and if you do a lot of heavy loader work it tends to break down the side wals on the front tires. I heard that you can get 6ply in some jap. tires and if you have to ever change them go for the 6ply. good luck, I think you will be very happy with it

So far I'm happy with the 1910 seems to have plenty of power for what I am doing, I've been using the loader to level some gravel.
I'm going this weekend to hopefully pick up atleast a grader blade and look at bushhogs which in my case a necessities, then I'll be buying more equipment as needed.
I'd like to pick up a new seat and suspension if anyone knows of a source.

Hi Jeff ! I had a Ford/NH 1920 (4 wheel drive) for 10 years. I always liked a trail mower for field work. If you are working any hillsides or rolling fields, the trail mower is the way to go. I used a 5 foot King Kutter for 8 years and then tried a 6 foot. No problem at all! It handled the 6 foot trail mower thru thick and thin mowing. If you decide to get a 3 point hitch mower you will need front end weight. In heavy cutting, I just raised my trail mower up and geared down. If you keep your blades sharp, you will be very happy with the results. I still have my 6 foot King Kutter that I use behing my TN65D. I don't even know its there. Its way too small. I am going to sell it and buy a 10 foot mower for my new TN65D. Good luck with your 1910. Its a great tractor. Ken

I pull a 2-14" plow with my 1920. You'll need the MFWD, but your 1910 should pull it just fine. I use a 6 1/2' disk on mine, but weight is a big problem. It's one of the cheaper angle iron jobs, and just isn't heavy enough to really dig. I'm working on the mods to fix that now, but it could have avoided the problem by buying a heavy enough disk to start with.
