Bought A JD Gator From A Friend. 2008 XUV

She only had 57 hours on it and I got it for $6400.00
Here are some before and after pictures of the clean up.

Got this and JD dealer is instaling it now.

Got it Line-xed.

Got the handle installed.

Installed the deluxe front and rear blinkers and brake lights.

King of the mulch hill! haha!

I do have a lot of questions but I will start off with this one. The engine seems to be a 0.854 liter engine.

Does John Deere use this engine for any other of the JD line besides the gator? I have a JD 2305 and that's a 1.16 liter engine. Was hoping to get a tachometer for it and was gonna see what model tractor this engine uses and what gages it has for it.

Plenty of dirt, but you already took care of that!
That PO had to have lost $4000 over 50 hours of use. Crazy!

Please shoot some more pictures of that stereo once it is installed. I have exactly the same machine, with power lift and no roof. You'll love it.

that is one heck of a clean up job!!! what is your secret besides time and patience? where did you get the stereo? please post pics after you get in installed. thanks.

I spent 3 days cleaning it.
It's a JD OEM product. If you head to your dealer they have a brochure just on Gator mods. Tons of goodies.

I have the 850D. Is there a huge difference in engines....Gas V Diesel? Only thing I really know about is the diesel is good on fuel.
