That is an AWESOME deal...I bought one in '06 NO MMM, but did get the snowblade and a York Rake for $18K...I have 200 hrs on mine and love it, especially in the winter, my truck is too big for driveways, this tractor really does the trick, I just got a 54" box blade and it works the NUTS...plus the Sears soft cab, no snow or rain on my head...I love it.
