My bucket is working better than new now. I put it to the test tonight by taking down a tree that is about 12" at the base and about 50' tall. It took some digging and pushing, but I was able to get it down and drag it off.

Now I know what to reinforce on a bucket if I ever buy another tractor or get another bucket.

I can take some pics of them, but I haven't been able to figure out how to post pics on here. It may be because I am on dial-up out here.

I know when I bought my tractor, there were a few different bucket options, and I opted for the heaviest one, with a toothbar. I have yet to bend anything, and I have been somewhat abusive with it at times. Granted I don't have the tractive force that you do, I only have a TC29D, but I do remember looking at the "standard duty" buckets, and they were not near as beefy as the heavy bucket. Also as a sidenote, I highly recommend a toothbar. Now that I have one, I cannot imagine "tractor life" without one. Probably the handiest attachment on my tractor. (That is if you use your loader for about everything, like I do) :)

I have a lot of low places on my land that I am gradually filling with powdery dirt, seeding it, and back dragging it very smooth. I think a tooth bar would make it groovy. But hey, stripes of grass might actually look nice, like giant corduroy.
