Kioti CK30 2008
I plan to buy a used 60" woods backblade for my 2008 ck30.
Are backblades universal? How do i know if it fits my tractor?

Thanks. Ed

You will be fine with the Woods. Most 3 pt implements are fairly universal, just size it to your tractor.
The 5 ft will be the right size for the CK30. Post some pics of it in action when you get it.

I've run a 6ft Rhino bb on my CK30hst for the past 4 years. It will handle it without a problem. The nice thing is when angled, you'll still cover your tire width. Also, you'll have no problem rotating the blade around because it won't hit the tires. As mentioned, attachments are pretty much universal until you get to a pto driven attachment. Sometimes you have to adjust the pto shaft length which just requires some measuring and a saw.

I picked up a 6' heavy grade from TSC for less than a 5' from anyone else and the had it brought in from a different store, $525 Canadian.:)Nice unit built to go both ways. Very heavy to lift without tractor.

Just noticed that your title says boxblade and in the text backblade.
Box blade should be a 5 ft and a back blade a 6 ft. These would be the best sizes for your CK30. :)

I'd go 7' on a scraper blade. It still will pivot all the way round, and gives you better coverage when angled.

A 5' boxblade is probably a better fit than a 6' footer. I pull a 6' BB, it can stop the tractor. Mine is very heavy. Works fine as long as you don't try to take too big a bite.

Blades come in all grades of quality. If you plan to work them hard, get heavier duty.

Yeah, 7 foot rear blade and 5-6 foot boxblade.

I have a 6 ft box blade and now a 6 ft backblade. Had a 7 ft back blade (sold it) but feel the 6 ft works better for me. Reason I got the used 6 ft box blade was it was well priced and they delivered it, over 2 hour drive each way.
If I was looking for a box blade I would try to get a 5 ft, my CK35 works well with the 6 ft boxblade although if it fills with gravel then I use 4 WD.
