Many box blades look alike. That could be a King Kutter (but the wrong color), Bush Hog, Big Bee, Howse or any one of a number of other manufacturers. If the seller is sending you the pics, see if he can get one that shows the outside of the end plates or an ID plate.
That looks to be a light or medium-light duty box blade. Around here in used condition with all the scarifiers included and with no bends or wrinkles, it would bring $450 - $500.

Not sure if this will help but judging by the color it looks a lot like my Bush Hog Rear Blade

I asked for any information on the manufacturer, I'm waiting to hear back.
I can't really tell from the pic, but it looks like the mounting for the scarifiers is something I haven't seen before. It doesn't appear to be a tube they pass through. Pics can be misleading though.

I agree about the lack of a tube for the scarifier mounting. It looks like two pieces of flat steel with crossbars mounted for the scarifier holders. Must be a pin holding the scarifiers down between the two plates.
Yep it appears to be an older Bush Hog. Found one half the way down this page that looks identical to it.
He's asking $350, and I plan on adding some bracing in a few spots as well as some hangers for weights. I've got 400lbs of wheel weights off my JD4600 I'm going to hang off it.
