Exactly what is "top and tilt"? I have seen it mentioned several times.

Rusty this is kind of an old tread and if you do a search you will find more info about "top and tilt" than you can handle. The basics are that a hydraulic cylinder replaces the top link and the adjustable side link. These are operated by remote hydraulic outlets on the rear of the tractor. The hydraulics are an option available on many tractors or can be fabricated after purchase. The "top and tilt" allows the operator to adjust the orientation of an implement on the 3pt hitch without manually having to change the settings of the top or side link. Very handy if you do a lot of grading. Allows you to change the aggressiveness of an implement or the side angle depending on the situation. All of this is also doable by manual adjusts to the 3pt hitch configuration. So much easier to do from the seat with hydraulic remotes and "top an tilt" though.

A Box blade is a great tool. :thumbsup: Use mine to grade our private road. Used to do it by hand, getting graval and filling in the pot holes. Now it's a breeze.
