Grading Box blade pointers, anyone got any?

I've seen pictures of box blades with gage wheels that are set behind the BB a couple of feet - search ATTACHMENTS section for pictures. It seems this would be great to have. Think of a motor grader where the blade is between the front and rear tires. I have seen an implement made by Cammond that uses a similar principal. I wish gage wheels were an option on box blades.
Maybe someday?

jeez, you'd think the guy was sending someone to the moon. Hey, drop the box blade and drag it, they work great. I had a blade on my old john deere and hated it, if you weren't carefull it would gouge big time. Keep the top link short and drag it. Mine works awesome on my 750' gravel drive. The side "panels" keep it from gouging, it keeps the blades from riding down and in. You made the right choice, go an enjoy.

Tundra and KubotaOne, glad to see some other folks with "long" gravel drives who use the BB w/ decent results.

I was wondering though, KubotaOne do you keep the BB parallel to the road surface too like Tundra?

If it would ever stop raining/snowing/sleeting/slushing I'll get some time to go try things out. Just for the poops and grins I dropped the BB in my back "yard" (it's not done yet, that is this summer's project) and sunk the teeth in. Holy cow can that thing bite in! Gonna be a fun tool I can see.
