Box Scraper Box blade size for small tractor

/ Box blade size for small tractor #11
I had a Ford 1100 4x4 and built a 5' boxblade out of 10" I-beam. It was great for moving piles of dirt, etc but was lacking in the area when it came to moving fresh dirt, meaning dirt that had never been tilled. I had enough traction, with fwa, so that wasn't a problem, but if I had to purchase a new one, it would be just wide enough to cover the wheel tracks when they are set inwards, or 4' whichever is greater.

I have the 2 wheel drive Ford 1100 and a medium-duty 4 foot box blade. The blade will easily stop the tractor, even with 80 lbs of wheel weight per rear wheel. Obviously I need either more wheel weight...or a heavier tractor...as well as something other than turf tires.

Other than that, though, the 4 foot width is perfect.
