Question always comes up, BB or rear blade. Here are a few shots from this weekend.
BB will level out nicely but as you can see in a couple areas I needed to move the dirt from one location to another. In this case about 100' or so to some more washed out areas. I also filled some huge ruts in the road on the hill part. Forgot to get a before pic, some were over a foot deep.
But I can load up a BB that my L can't pull it. That is my $300 5' Beg Red BB there. I had the scrapers down just a bit, and for the finish stuff I really had the box set to far forward, to lazy to change out. We'll see what happens after the first rain.
The hardest thing about messing with a BB is knowing when to quit. All this playing took about 40-45 minutes. I could have spent 90 minutes just messing with it. I wanted to mainly fill the ruts, and divert the water off the hill. We'll see.
Could have not done this with a straight blade...
