I call the photo below of my MF302 diesel "poor judgment."
I am having trouble with my box scraper. It won't stay down while using the "rippers," with the Draft Control all the way down. Position Control is also down; Response Control is set to SLOW.
Is Draft Control only dependent upon the location of the "big nut" adjacent to the master control spring? How sensitive is this nut? Is there a range in which the system is in balance, or is there only one "sweet spot?"
The Service Manual talks about special tools including "wedges" to make adjustments to the 3-point hitch system. Is there an alternative procedure? I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks to the members who responded to my earlier posts about hydraulic fluid.
