What do you think is the most likely culprit causing all my cylinders to drift? Main relief valve? If so how do you check it?

Main relief should not be connected to any of the cylinders when the directional control valves are centered.

Drifting cylinders:
Extending can be from bad piston seals in the cylinder, directional valve leakage, work port relief valves if your vehicle has them.

Retracting: directional valve or work port relief valve if your vehicle has them.

With the tractor off can you slow or stop the drifting by feathering the control valve?

Do you mean relieving the pressure on all the cylinders after shutting down? All the cylinders seem to drift when retracted. Bucket slowly drops down as well as the stabilizer arms boom is locked so it can't drift all the way down. If you leave it unlocked it does.

is this drifting when the unit is not operating or is it drifting and causing control problems during use?

Outriggers drifting is EXTENDING the cylinders.
Bucket drifting open is compressing a cylinder.

Oldnslo is right about the probably causes.

But there is a time factor to it. Valves dont have seals, its metal on metal. And as such there is an acceptable amount of leakage past the valve that is still considered normal. This shows up as drift.

If the bucket or outriggers are drifting open overnight or over a few days I'd say its normal. If its drifting in a matter of minutes and causing operational issues, then that would need addressed.

Drifts even when the tractor is running. I may not be using the hoe but the stabilizer arms bucket will drift down/open while I'm driving from point A to B. If I'm using the hoe and extend it out so it's off the ground I believe it drifts down then too.
