Brake adjustment 7520

This is my first post. Hope it's the right forum....

I'm needing to expose the brake linkage under the dash for adjustment and lubrication but can't adequately get to it because of the metal housing blocking everything. I figure this housing surely must come off but do not see an easy way to do this. I recently purchased the service manual but it does not address this.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

I found my brake adjust on my 7520 under the floor board on each side of the tractor Had to remove a clevis pin and turn the end. On the right side the battery box made it difficult, but still possible. I have a manual on cd that I got from the dealer when I bought the tractor
