I have a 2010 3510i Branson and I was wondering if anybody out there has any wiring diagrams on putting a brake light on this 3510i that I have. Or just good advice on how too.
They have a Brake Light on the 3510 HST.. But don't install one on the 3510i. Why ??? Wish I knew why .. I would need a Micro switch and some wire and the light is already installed on the Dash for it. And knowing me I'd put that Brake on sometime and then forget it was on and try and drive away.
Any thoughts or help in that direction would be great. Maybe a person could get that info from Branson themselves.

Check under your fender for the wiring harness to see if it isn't already wired in. All you may need to do is add the light fixture and or switch on the pedals.

Went out and had a look but there is a bunch of wires under the steering column. But who knows which one of them goes to the Emergency parking Brake Light. I think the wiring is there, but it is going to be a case of finding which one is the right one. If I have too, I'll run over to the Dealer on Monday and ask them if he can help me out. He is about a 5 minute walk from my yard.. Normally what they do is put a Micro switch on the brake Pedal and when you apply the Lock onto the Brakes it is suppose to come on at the Dash Light as well.( If you look on your Dash you will see the Parking Brake emblem and light )It is not connected to the Back Brake Lights It is just a light to let you know you have the parking Brake on. and as I said I know very well that someday I'll drive away with that thing still locked on.
Thanks..

Hey Fox,
I've got a 3510h, with the emergency brake light. I still leave the thing on. What I would need is a big hammer to come down and hit me in the head when I leave it on.

Well I don't know if I'm that bad if I had a light I think I would see it. I had a Kioti before this one and it had the Parking Brake Light and it sure kept me from driving with the brakes on. I don't understand why the 3510i does not have it and the 3510H does. Wonder why they did that ?
Going to walk over to my Dealer in the morning and see if I can't get some help from them on it. If I knew where to plug the wires into and hook up the Micro Switch, I would be away to the races.

I also don't understand why they wouldn't install the light on the 3510i. I had always thought that they did. Do you know for a fact the at your tractor is not supposed to have it hooked up? Maybe it is there and just not functioning. I guess you'll find out when you talk to your dealer.

Talked to the Dealer today and he said " No they don't put one on the 3510i only on the 3510H as it has an emergency Brake like a car would have,.
I called Brason in Georgia and they said they would get back to me on maybe being able to install a switch... Maybe if they hear it enough they will install them at the Factory. The light on the Dash is intalled so a piece of wire and a Micro Switch is all the is needed... The saga will continue.

That seems pretty silly. I hope they help you out.
