brake line replacement

I replaced the right brake line on my JD5400 a couple days ago. but after useing it for a few hrs, the brake pressure is worse than before I replaced the leaking line! so I presume I have air in the line. (since it's a one-way line) am I right? I think I'll treat it like a normal brake line.

Did you bleed air out by loosening bleeder(parts key 4)? Bleeding should be performed with engine running.

Wow! What a difference! That worked very wonderfully. I did have someone press the brake peddle as I opened the bleeder just to make sure I was good. Thanks for your advise.
I'm not sure how long I would have struggled with such a simple problem. Now I'll get back to work, thanks again for your input.
