Hi,
While using the CT230 this morning, I set the parking brake and hopped of the tractor for a couple of seconds. The engine cut off and won't start. Normally with the parking brake set she keeps on purring. Figuring maybe I bumped the PTO lever or such I tired wiggling them and also tried the bypassing the seat safety switch with a jumper. No luck in starting her up, as she wont turn over. After spending a minute or two poking around looking for the brake micro switch / sensor and not finding it, it was time to head off to work.
So besides the Seat pressure switch, the 2 PTO switches a brake pedal switch? What other sensors should I check?
Does the hydro pedal also come into play (did not think about that one earlier and seems to be likely as it was cold this morning and the pedal was "sticky")?
Also where is the brake pedal switch located? Under the dash?
I'm hoping to take care of this one quickly tonight after work tonight as the tractor is blocking the driveway and the wife is expecting guests tomorrow.
Thanks,
Steve
