The brakes on my 3510 seem to be hanging up when I first start up. After working a bit they free up.

In the cold weather we have been having in SE Mich that seems to take forever. I released the rear brake pedals so that they work independantly, after doing that I could see that the left rear wheel is hung up. The wheel will just slide along in the snow until it frees up.

I've had this same problem in the summer but was unable to determine what was wrong (see KIND OF A DRAG THREAD).

How or what do I do to fix this?

It sounds like the adjustment is too tight. As the metal drum contracts in the cold, the brake hangs up if the adjustment isn't right.

The Branson uses a wet disc brake, but I do agree it is too tight. Adjust it for a little freeplay and it should not drag.
