Hello to Everyone and thank you for allowing me to join. I'm sure I will gain a wealth of knowlege in time to come. My wife and I live in Central Vermont in a logcabin that my Dad and I built 1n 1978, we moved in in Oct of 1979. We have lived off grid since. Although power is now within our reach we choose to stay off grid. We have one daughter that my wife and I were fortunate enough to give to her and her husban 28 acres of land to build their logcabin on. My parents did the same for us, we have 47 acres. Over the years as she got older I started buying equipment to save her a lot of money in excavation costs, I just knew she would want to live here. I first purchased a 350 C JD crawler, a few years later I picked up a old Bobat 331 mini EX and purchased a JD 4320 tractor new in 06. I have recently sold the 350 and bought a straight 450.

Thank you deerseeker!!!! Must be the most beautiful majestic animal in the world, the all illusive Whitetail. Hunted them all my life too, lost my Dad 8/12/94 at 2:53 in the afternoon. It has never been the same without him in the woods with me. You proba ly have heard of Larry Benoit I would imagine. If so you know the passion he had for the Whitetail, he lived a few minutes from me. Anyway, thank you for your hospitality.
