Managed to get back to the tractor today only to find the new, slightly-oversized #112 o-ring in the recurrent problem port leaking badly. But for now, the issue is o-rings... both at the valve port and internal to the couplers. The remaining leak is at one or the other... or both. Looks like it will be Saturday before I can get back to work on this problem.![]()
So against my better judgement... but consistent with on-line data... I replaced all four working port o-rings with #906 o-rings. Except for some likely residual droplets, the #906 o-rings (70 durometer BTW) are holding for now.
One thing is clear: Despite obvious signs of o-ring wear on the male tips, the leakage problem is not the internal coupler o-rings.
On the way home, I stopped and bought some #906 90 durometer o-rings. I'll try those next if the leakage reappears.
