Congratulations. That 2510H looks to be a very good unit, especially with the addition of the third HST range.

Talked to the mechanic at the dealer and he said there's 4 safety switches. Clutch, PTO, and Both HST pedals. Any one of them may be out of adjustment. So I have something to look into tomorrow when I go back out there.

As stated before the lynch pins probably worked themselves out due to the heavy brush I was working in. I like the bolt idea for attaching to the tractor, I see no need to ever remove the arms, so it's not like it would be an inconvenience or anything.

Thinking back to using the Bad Boy rotary cutter yesterday, it was having no issues at all and I was cutting through some saplings as big as 1.5 inches. Never bogged down the engine at all. Compared to the unit I rented that was 39HP this one actually did a better job. I'm not sure if that's just because the new cutter is sharp and new or because it's a 4ft vs a 5ft on the rental tractor.

Any luck on locating the starting problem?

Congratulations on a fine tractor. How difficult is it to remove and re-install the mid mount mower?

I couldn't tell you on the reinstall. All I did was remove mine. It helps to lift the front wheels off the ground with the loader for sure. It's not very easy to move unless it's forwards or backwards. I used a tie down strap and ran it around my waist to move it like a draft horse. Other than that the process was pretty straight forward and easy. If you put some cardboard down before dropping the deck it slides much easier.

I've been pulling trees out of the ground and stripping the soil down to prepare for a driveway with the box blade. The low gear and torque are way more capable than you would think.

The safety switch problem I was having, I have that sorted out. It just needed some small adjustment to make good contact. All good now and pressing forward. The Bad Boy rotary cutter is very capable and handles some pretty thick saplings without any trouble at all. Barely changes the rpm on the engine.

One thing I hate about the tractor is the parking brake. It's in a bad location and easy to bump with your foot and set the brake. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.
