Hey everyone ... i'm extremely interested in the 3520h ... not sure if its the 3620h now .. but anyway i was wondering what the main differences are between the 3515h and the 3520h?

From what i could find, the 3520h has a stronger FEL on it.

I also know the 3520h is a little larger .. is it much larger?

I've also seen its heavier, seems like maybe 1,000lbs heavier?

I guess they just seem so similar that it makes me wonder why they make both models. What advantage would the 3515 have over the 3520?

I also know the 3520 has cup holders and the fender mounted joystick.

One difference,
Transmission /axle housing is a heavier / Thicker casting, therefore stronger on the 20 series.
The trans/axle housing is what part of the FEL loader mounts are mounted to- so a good place to have some extra beef if the tractor will be worked to the FEL's limits.

Everything that Dan said plus, the 3620 gets a 4 range synchronized transmission, while the 3515 and 3520 gets a 3 range unsynchronized transmission.

I'm sure the 3620 has a few more changes. I know that they went with the DPF on that model in order to meet emission requirements in Europe with the Stage V. It's still a standalone unit and easily "fixable".

is the 3620 just like the 2021 model of the 3520? or is it a totally different machine?

3520's have a DPF too right? just the muffler one.

I'm pretty sure the 3620 is the new model of the 3520. Although they might still sell the 3520 while the stock lasts.

The 2021 models have a DPF, this means it will do the regen process whenever it thinks it needs it. It's actually a neat system that Kukje used. It uses a butterfly valve at the end of the exhaust that is controlled by the DPF data logger. Once it needs regen, the valve will close to restrict the exhaust flow and increase the temperature at the DPF. Other manufacturers, use an extra injector before the DPF to add extra fuel to increase the temperature at the DPF. This is only possible with a electronically controlled engine and therefore a lot more electronics tied into the engine.

Pre 2021 models had a DOC, the DOC is constantly burning the particles once it gets up to the right temperature. That's why it is specially important to run the tractor at high RPMs and with a decent load in order to keep the temperature at the DOC up and preventing clogging.
