BRANSON 4520 3pt arms wont lower

only 55 hours on machine and just completed first service. Trying to hook up box blade .... 3 pt refuses to lower. Any comments welcome

Turn the knob under the seat counter clockwise. It controls the lowering speed of the 3pt.

The three point lowers by gravity and the knob which Eric mentioned controls the rate of flow for the lowering. It may be a knob, though on some tractors it's a lever. I don't know your tractor. Since it lowers by gravity, after opening the valve you may have to add some downward pressure to help it lower. Of course the control should be in the lowering position as well.
