Pure speculation but this comment is triggered by this post and my 11 year association with the company.....as a customer: I feel that the company would be much farther along in the US had the corporate management had a different style. I didn't get in on the time line, nor any details of the TYM acquisition but for this to happen not that long after the acquisition sounds to me like they got the shot in the arm they have been needing all along and it took TYM style management to make it happen. The product speaks for itself, it's just the day to details that sometimes are a PIA when you need assistance from the top. I hope those who were there over those years read this!
