The town just th either side of Rochester, NH has/HAD a Branson dealer, I think they still have parts there, but are "dealing" Kioti now - last time I looked/drove by.

LS makes LS. They also make certain tractors for Case, New Holland, McCormick, Montana, Farmtrac, Landini, and others.

LS Tractors - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Basically they are a contract manufacting plant that slaps whatever paint and emblems on that their customer orders, no different to Iseki or Kukje.
I think it makes little/no difference what label you buy, if the importer (label maker) goes under in a few years you just get parts at whatever new "emblem engineering" company takes their place.
There will be parts, someone will offer service.

I was curious about the Branson brand tractor, so I looked in my area for the nearest dealer. There are only two dealers in the Portland metro area, one operates out of their barn, the other is at a long standing New Holland dealer. Between them they only had 4 tractors to look at. No cab models at all,one had no HST to try. I asked both parts departments if the had specific parts in stock, it was hit and miss, but they said they could get them fairly quickly.
The LS dealer here has been in the same location for decades, though not always carrying the LS line. I own 2012 g3033 which gets used a lot. It has been tough as nails, and Metro Equipment has been great when I have dealt with them. I called theL LS center on the east coast with a question about an upgraded seat, and a guy called me back in 20 minutes from The factory in SOUTH KOREA. that showed me they give a **** about their customers.
I thought the Branson looked like a pretty good tractor, and I liked it, but I was concerned about the weak dealer situation and the possible difficulty of selling it locally if I had to.

rgr33 I think the same thing you do. The weak dealer network scared me away from what looked and felt to be a very good tractor. If Branson wants to stay in the USA they better hire someone who knows what they are doing to recruit and keep a lot more more quality dealerships. And then inventory them right with both tractors and parts.
